Seeing a Show
Welcome! We at FRIGID New York are so excited for you to come see a show–or to see a show from home! We are pleased to bring you live streams of most of our shows.
FRIGID New York operates UNDER St Marks Theater in the East Village. We generally open the doors for seating around fifteen minutes before the show starts and both venues are general admission. Most shows do allow late seating, but it is not guaranteed so please arrive before the performance is scheduled to start.
Unfortunately, our space is not wheelchair accessible. However, we are now working to find a new home that’s fully accessible and can better accommodate the needs of our staff, artists, and audiences.
Getting Here
UNDER St Marks is located at 94 St Marks Place under Fun City Tattoo.
Our closest trains stations are…
- The First Avenue L stop at E 14th St & 1st Ave
- The Second Ave F stop at E 1st & 2nd Ave
- The Astor Place 4 & 6 stop at E 8th St & 4th Ave
- The 8th Street N, Q, R, & W at E 8th & Broadway
Our venue does not have designated parking.
COVID Policies
As of February 1st, 2023, we are dropping our requirement for proof of vaccination. Most of our performances will not require masking, though we still strongly encourage it. Some of our shows, based on various factors, including community spread, special accommodation nights, staffing situations, and other factors that might not seem relevant to you but are for us, will still require masking. We will continue to provide masks to audience members who need them.
