Dandy Darkly's Pussy Panic!

Written & Performed by Dandy Darkly – Brooklyn, NY Directed by Ian Bjorklund Dandy Darkly is Brooklyn’s satiric, satanic storyteller of tawdry, terrifying tales of sex and death – a critically acclaimed raconteur of Southern gothic ghost stories peppered with pop culture panache. Dandy Darkly’s Pussy Panic! is a fiercely feminist, frightfully funny musing on misogyny and homosexual horror. New York, prepare to PANIC!

“Dandy Darkly is an utterly unique and potentially fatal cocktail of mince and menace that’s not to be believed…even once he’s been seen!” The Villager Newspaper 2012

Dandy Darkly is an internationally renowned storyteller of tawdry, terrifying tales of sex and death. Dandy cut his teeth (and chipped a tooth) telling his tawdry tales of terror down under Provincetown’s infamous Dick Dock—and now, America’s ghost-lisperer performs before packed houses around the globe!

In August of 2014, Dandy enjoyed a second critically acclaimed summer at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, performing his solo show “Dandy Darkly’s Pussy Panic!” In addition to Edinburgh, “Pussy Panic!” has performed at the Dixon Place HOT! Festival, the Celebration of Whimsy Theater, the New Orleans Fringe Festival and this February at the Frigid Festival in New York City.

Dandy Darkly also produces and hosts variety shows and burlesque events across Manhattan and Brooklyn, crafting an eclectic cavalcade of singers, dancers and storytellers to fit his neo-vaudevillian vision.
