In a constant ricochet between disorder and disease, bubbly M brings us through her story of surviving emotional trauma, having blonde hair and how to perfectly stack pill bottles. With the aid of trusty rainbow socks and music, "Garbage" is a story of learning not to carry it all with you. "Garbage" will be at the 2016 PortFringe Theater Festival in June!

Megan Bandelt (Writer & Performer) is a theater-maker, found often as a dramaturg, writer & stage manager. She will perform only if bribed with gluten-free cookies; in this case, she is bribing herself. She can be found as the Literary Director for NJ-based symphonic metal band Eye of Eternity. Other suspects that she has created with include Rising Sun Performance Company, Infused Quirk, Snapple Theater Company & Premiere Stages. Megan is currently pursuing her MA in Theatre History & Criticism at Brooklyn College and can be found running amuck at FRIGID New York at Horse Trade. If she's not toiling in the theatre or fretting over her impending thesis, she enjoys travelling around the world with her yoga mat, backpack and Nikon. Love and thanks to Nj, Conor, Christine & HT.

In 2009 she pursued her passion for theatre, at Binghamton University, where she majored in Theatre Directing and Cinema. A recent resident of NYC, some of NJ’s credits include True Therapy (Director), When Irish Eyes Are Flirting (Director), My Penny(Director), Dracula (Director), Then She Fell (ASM), Roadside Attraction (SM) Amazing Spider-Man 2, Ice Age (Asst Director),Alondra was Here (Stage Manager), Bodega Bay (Asst. She would like to thank Meg & Conor for going on this journey with her… and trusting her in the river's seat, “It's gonna be a fun time.”
