RIOT! 1906 ATLANTA is the story of what was called The Atlanta Race RIOT. But the story is much bigger. It is the story of the collision of the advancing Black community, a growing early 20th Century city, and the growing Segregationist practices of the local White community. The end result was the birth of the 20th Century Civil Rights Movement.
